5 Minutes a day / 5 Days a week
with God
Romans 8:35-37 (NLT)
35 Can anything ever separate us from Christ's love? Does it mean he no longer loves us if we have trouble or calamity, or are persecuted, or are hungry or cold or in danger or threatened with death? 36 (Even the Scriptures say, "For your sake we are killed every day; we are being slaughtered like sheep.") 37 No, despite all these things, overwhelming victory is ours through Christ, who loved us.
How has your week been?
Has everything gone just perfect the way you expected it to? Or did everything seem to go wrong?
Sometimes through these times of troubles we wonder if God is still there.
It kind of feels as if God has left us on our own to take care of these things.
Well, neither one of these are true. In fact they are both totally false.
God is always there with you no matter what you are going through. And it doesn't mean that He has left you on your own to handle things, because He is always with you and will never leave you.
Heb 13:5 Let your conduct be without covetousness; be content with such things as you have. For He Himself has said, "I will never leave you nor forsake you."
So just though it may feel or seem like you are on your own. Trust in God and His word knowing that He is always there.
And you have His promise that He will never leave you nor forsake you!
