Matt 25:27

'So you ought to have deposited my money with the bankers, and at my coming I would have received back my own with interest.

What has the Lord given you?
Maybe not a lot of money, but what else has the Lord blessed you with?
Now think about those blessing and what you are doing with them.
Are you investing them in the kingdom of God, or are you keeping it all to yourself?
If you have decided to keep it to yourself, then you are losing, big time. How do I know this? Read today's devotional again and see if you can find the key word in it.

'So you ought to have deposited my money with the bankers, and at my coming I would have received back my own with interest.

Did you find it? No, how about the word "Would". How is that a key word?
Notice that in this parable Jesus tells of a man you was given some money to invest, and instead of investing it, he kept it and by doing so he lost out on the gain that he and the Lord "would' have gotten.
Notice it doesn't say that you might receive back from your investment, but rather you "would" receive back.
No one in their right mind would make you that kind of offer unless they knew 100% that it would happen.
God knows His promises and in this parable He is telling us that if we invest in the kingdom that He and we will receive back.
Now with that guarantee, I ask again, what are you doing with your blessing, or should I ask, what will you now start doing with your blessings?
