Lev 20:13

'If a man lies with a male as he lies with a woman, both of them have committed an abomination. They shall surely be put to death. Their blood shall be upon them.


If you have been watching the news lately or reading the newspaper, then you know that the big thing happening right now in the USA is that they are trying to define marriage as between a man and a woman only.
Many are against this and think that each state should make that decision for their own state.
Many are against it and think that people should have a right to choose whether marriage is between a man and a woman, man and a man or woman and a woman.
They are calling it all sorts of things, but I think it's time we call these so-called same sex marriages what they are, SIN!

So the vote should be, do we allow sin in our country, not do we allow same sex marriages, because that is what the vote is all about, isn't it?
Some may say that I, or we, are to old fashion or to narrow-minded.
Yes we are old fashion, and think like Him Who is oldest of all, GOD!

    And what does God think about this same sex marriage?
    Our devotional verse tells us plainly in black and white.

    'If a man lies with a male as he lies with a woman, both of them have committed an abomination. They shall surely be put to death. Their blood shall be upon them.

    There is no interpretation of this and you can't try to twist what God is saying, because to Him it's an abomination.

    So pray and ask the Lord not to allow this abomination into our country.
    And if you happen to be one who is voting or deciding on this issue, whom are you going to listen to, the people or GOD?
    Or maybe you should think of it this way, on judgment day whom are you going to give account to for the way you voted, man or GOD?
