Neh 5:5

"Yet now our flesh is as the flesh of our brethren, our children as their children; and indeed we are forcing our sons and our daughters to be slaves, and some of our daughters have been brought into slavery. It is not in our power to redeem them, for other men have our lands and vineyards."

Then I pressed further, "What you are doing is not right! Should you not walk in the fear of our God in order to avoid being mocked by enemy nations?

Would you ever allow you husband or wife or children become a prostitute?

"Of course not, how can you say such a thing"

What about your friends or family members, would you want them to do this?

"Certainly not"

Good answers, but what about strangers?

"No way"

Good answer again. But if these are your answers then why are you not living your answers?
Think about it, every time you watch someone's son and daughter making out on TV you are allowing him or her to become harlots for your pleasure.
When you watch a movie that even has a little bit of nudity in it, you are partaking of sexual lust.
We would never allow our wives or husbands, sons or daughters do such a thing, but we don't think that the person on the TV or in that movie is someone's son or daughter or husband or wife.

"What you are doing is not right! Should you not walk in the fear of our God in order to avoid being mocked by enemy nations?

Are we not mocked by the world because we partake of the same sins they do, maybe not physically, but in our minds as we watch them on TV or at the movies.

2 Cor 6:17-18 17 Therefore "Come out from among them And be separate, says the Lord. Do not touch what is unclean, And I will receive you." 18 "I will be a Father to you, And you shall be My sons and daughters, Says the LORD Almighty."

God doesn't want us to prostitute our sons and daughters. So let's stop doing it to the sons and daughters of others.
