Deut 18:10-14

10 "There shall not be found among you anyone who makes his son or his daughter pass through the fire, or one who practices witchcraft, or a soothsayer, or one who interprets omens, or a sorcerer, 11 "or one who conjures spells, or a medium, or a spiritist, or one who calls up the dead. 12 "For all who do these things are an abomination to the LORD, and because of these abominations the LORD your God drives them out from before you. 13 "You shall be blameless before the LORD your God. 14 "For these nations which you will dispossess listened to soothsayers and diviners; but as for you, the LORD your God has not appointed such for you.

These verses speak for themselves, yet still Christians are still following after these types of practices.
They read their horoscope everyday.
Some call the physic hotline.
Some will buy computer games full of magic and spells used to fight against the so-called evil in the game.
Some read books like the Harry Potter books or others and even think that these are ok for their children to read.

For some when you became a Christian the Lord took these things away from you, but are you slowly getting back into them?

Moses goes on to say:

Deut 18:15 "The LORD your God will raise up for you a Prophet like me from your midst, from your brethren. Him you shall hear,

Moses is speaking of Jesus here and if you are a Christian you have heard Him. The question is, have you stopped listening to Him and are you returning to those things the Lord died and forgave you for?
