Romans 5:8

But God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us.

This week we are looking at the four "R's" of sharing the gospel.
The second one is based on today's devotional verse, which is Realize.

First they recognized that they are sinners, which we all are, as we learned yesterday.
The second thing is that they need to realize that though they are sinners that they can be forgiven of their sins, that someone else paid the price for ALL their sins. That someone is Jesus who died for us all.
This is a hard thing for people to realize , because the world has a "me" attitude and they wonder why anyone would do anything for them.
Here in Romans it tells us why, God demonstrates His own love toward us.

Simply the love of God.

Now that they have recognized that they are sinners and realize that the price was paid for their sins, the third R is to repent , which we will look at tomorrow.
