Yes, dear friends, we are already God's children, and we can't even imagine what we will be like when Christ returns. But we do know that when he comes we will be like him, for we will see him as he really is.

Remember when we were kids and our parents said that they were going to take us to Disney Land or some other fun place like that.
Little did we know at the time, but it probably cost your parents a weeks pay just for this day of fun.
But now that we are older and know better, we know what sacrifices our parents made for us, just for our enjoyment.

As Christians, we are all excited about going to heaven. We know it will be great and just to wonderful to describe with words.
But sometimes we forget what the cost was for us to go to heaven. The cost was God's Son Jesus' life.
We may not really realize the price that was paid for us until we get to heaven, but rest assured it was more then a week's pay.
